At Northern Arizona Black Hat Society , our mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive space for members to meet, connect, build meaningful relationships., and learn from one another. We strive to foster a sense of community, safety, and belonging through a variety of events and activities that celebrate the Earth and Nature's cycles and seasons! We specifically meet to celebrate the 8 sabbats in the wheel of the year with ritual and crafting magical items specific for the particular sabbat. We meet on the Sunday before the actual sabbat day, unless the sabbat falls on a Sunday, then it is celebrated on the day!

Our Meet and Greets are mandatory for potential members. You must attend one, see what we are all about, and decide if you want to fill out our Membership Application. Applications will be reviewed before acceptance is offered. Meet and Greets are typically 2 weeks before our members only Sabbat Celebrations!

The July meet and greet will be on Sunday July 12th at the Downtown Public Library. 300 W Aspen Ave from 10am to 11am with a field trip to the farmer's market after to learn about available market items that can be used in your magical practice!

The September meet and greet will be on Sunday September 6th. Times and location to be determined.. Applications will be available.

The October meet and greet will be on Sunday October 11th. Times and location to be determined.. Applications will be available.

Membership is required to attend. Applications can only be obtained by attending one meet and greet prior to the Sabbat Celebration and potential new members must be accepted before membership is granted. We celebrate the 8 sabbats in the wheel of the year on the Sunday prior to the sabbat if it does not actually fall

Join us on Sunday, September 20th to celebrate Lammas/Lughnasadh, the first harvest! The location and time will be available to members only. We will be focusing on swamp/bog magic, and we will be making witches honey and swamp poppets! This celebration will be out of doors.

Our first annual witches ball is on Saturday, October 4th. The theme this year is Dark Enchanted Forest. The ball is for our members and their plus ones. This event will be held indoors and will be catered.

The Mabon sabbat celebration will be on. Sunday September 20th. More details to follow.

The Samhain sabbat celebration will be on. Sunday October 25th. More details to follow.

The Yule sabbat celebration will be on. Sunday December 13th. More details to follow.

Our members will be forming a book club! Discounted pricing on selected books with magical content will be available for members to read and discuss!

Bowling, Movies, Happy Hour, Nature Walks and more will be planned for members to get together and have fun!

Workshops like Divination, Herbology, Spellwork and more will be scheduled and hosted by members for members!
